Bldg Inspector & Mgmt Planner Refresher

Course Hours: 8.00 am - 5:00pm

Description
This refresher course combines the Building Inspector and Management Planner training and reviews the key information from the original courses, as well as up to date information regarding regulatory and legislative changes. Students are encouraged to participate actively in the classroom discussions and bring their knowledge and experiences into the class learning activities. This course is taught by an Accredited Sub Contractor.

Prerequisites: Bldg Inspector & Mgmt Planner Initial and appropriate refresher classes Certificate of Completion: Two separate AHERA certificates for Asbestos Building Inspector and Management Planner Refresher Trainings will be provided to each participant that attends the full-day class. Participants must provide GENI with a copy of their initial course certificate and most recent applicable refresher training.

NOTE: All students who are taking a refresher course MUST provide copies of their latest certificates no later than one (1) day prior to class.

Students who do not provide a certificate with a date that is less than one (1) year past the expiration date shown on their certificate, shall NOT be admitted to class.

Participants at the GENI facility are provided with a continental breakfast and lunch.
