The Qualified SWPPP Developer 3rd Day Only Course is a 1-day course is for individuals who have completed QSP training, to become a QSD if eligible under CASQA's requirements. In order to become a QSD, please refer to CASQA's requirement of credentials and prerequisites located here:

Qualified SWPPP Developer (QSD) 3rd Day Only Course reviews requirements of the California Construction General Permit including:

  1. QSD Permit Information
  2. Exam Review
  3. Stormwater Plan (SWPPP) Development
  4. Risk Assessment / Bio Assessment
  5. Post-construction Standards
  6. Waivers of Permit: Erosivity
  7. Permit Registration Documents including: Notice of Intent (NOI), Change of Information and Notice of Termination
