Stormwater Monitoring: QSD/QSP Services

Stormwater Monitoring, QSP QSD Services

The challenge of reducing stormwater pollution with such a wide range of variables begins with stormwater monitoring. There is an increasing focus on our States’ natural resources and the potential contamination from storm water runoff. We see State and local agencies widening their regulatory authority to reduce the potential for contaminants entering the environment. Agencies are more closely scrutinizing such things as management and pollution prevention from storm water runoff.

Global Environmental Network, Inc. has a vast network of QSD, QSP, and Storm Water Technicians to support your site’s storm water monitoring requirements.

Global Environmental Network, Inc. can support in:

  • Preparing sampling and analysis plans
  • Installing monitoring stations
  • Collecting runoff samples
  • Analyzing for constituents
  • Validating data
  • Using data to characterize runoff quality and compare constituents detected at different sites
  • Put findings in statewide characterization annual report (required by NPDES permit)

Storm water sampling and data is overseen by a QSD and if necessary, a CIH.
