Asbestos Building Inspector & Management Planner Initial

Description:
This course combines both the Asbestos Building Inspector and Management Planner initial training. In the first three days, this course provides you with a comprehensive review of suspect asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) in buildings and the state-of-the-art techniques to find, categorize and assess their conditions and potential for disturbance.  In the last two days, the student learns what is necessary to do when asbestos is or may become a real hazard and how to select an appropriate response to that hazard.
This course is taught by an Accredited Sub Contractor.

Prerequisites: None

Certificate of Completion: Two separate AHERA Certifications for Asbestos Building Inspector and Management Planner Initial Trainings will be provided to each participant that attends the full- 5 day class. 

NOTE: This course meets the AHERA training requirement for Inspectors and Management Planners. Participants at the GENI facility are provided with a continental breakfast and lunch.
